Managing Broker / Founder

A retired Colonel, Duncan has extensive large-scale U.S. and international real estate brokerage experience. He has successfully worked on many government led real estate transactions at all levels: local, state, federal and quasi-government (e.g., military base redevelopments). Duncan has over 30 years of commercial and corporate real estate experience. 

Duncan joined KW Commercial after eight years as President of Northeast Real Estate Solutions, Inc., a New England-based real estate brokerage and consulting firm. Prior to Northeast, he was a Senior Vice President at The Staubach Company for seven years, based in Boston, MA. He is a licensed commercial real estate broker in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

North American Director

Jameson is a licensed Commercial Realtor® in New Hampshire and is the North American Director of Government Services at KW Commercial. He graduated the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Community Development and has worked since 1994 on complicated land projects across the United States. Jameson's knowledge of both land use regulations and the real estate market is an exceptional resource for any client looking to sell, buy or manage a property. 

Jameson has an extensive history of public service, having served on local, regional, state and federal boards and committees. Several of these groups include as a member of NH CIBOR and the NH Planners Association's Legislative Committee, Co-Chair of the former Pease Air Force Base's Restoration Advisory Board, and former Stratham, NH Planning Board Vice-Chair.

Nonprofits Director

Nat Andreini is a commercial expert with more than 10 years of executive-level nonprofit leadership and community education experience. He is focused on supporting nonprofits, mission-driven organizations, and small businesses, leveraging his firsthand understanding of how these entities approach their real estate goals and needs. With intimate knowledge of the challenges and vulnerabilities that purpose-driven organizations face, Nat positions his local experience and extensive network to create new opportunities that provide stability and growth for nonprofits and small businesses through real estate. 

Prior to joining Keller Williams, Nat served as the founding co-director of a nonprofit museum where his tenacity and advocacy enhanced the organization’s public profile to the national level by radically transforming the operational budget, procuring large-scale contracts, and through creative partnerships and fundraising.

GSA and Religious Institutions Director

 With 20 years of dedicated service, Delario Bolton brings extensive expertise in real estate transactions and management. His 15-year tenure as a Lease Contracting Officer with the federal General Services Administration (GSA) honed his skills in navigating complex governmental regulations and optimizing property utilization. Delario has facilitated countless successful transactions, ensuring client satisfaction through tailored solutions and seamless negotiations. He and his team prioritize compassionate guidance and swift resolutions. 

Delario also works as a national director for a religious men's study and growth group. He works with religious institutions and their constituents throughout the United States and internationally. His deep understanding of both the real estate market and the needs of religious groups makes DeLario an excellent resource for any such entity looking to sell, buy or lease property.

Economic Development Director

With over four decades of community and economic development experience, Jack Hunter is a decisive and trusted Planning professional with a demonstrated ability to maximize resources in the short and long-term. He is an effective facilitator, leader and team player who can elicit cooperation from diverse groups and address unprecedented change. Jack has strong negotiation, problem resolution and analytical skills. He can articulate well as a persuasive speaker and writer. He has a reputation for integrity, diplomacy and resourcefulness. 

Jack has worked in senior community and economic development positions for the last 40 years. Most recently, he was the Director of Planning and Community Development for Hudson, MA. Jack served in similar senior positions for Town of Carver, MA; City of Holyoke, MA; and Pioneer Valley Planning Commission.

Multi-Family Housing Director

Jared has over 14 years of executive level experience in commercial real estate, with a specialized knowledge base in investment grade multi-family housing assets. With his expertise in the multi-family sector, Jared was selected as KW Commercial's national Multi-Family Housing Product Division Leader. He is passionate about helping other investors and owners identify, acquire, and manage quality investments that generate long-term growth and wealth in real estate.

Jared leverages his expertise in financing, development, value-addition, financial analysis, and macroeconomic and microeconomic forces to provide his clients with tools and insights that are utilized by Wall Street investors and institutions. His mission is to be the catalyst that provokes and speeds up significant change and action in his clients' commercial real estate investments.

Sustainability /  Brownfield Director

Senior Project Manager

Stuart Kirshner is the KWGS subject matter expert for our Sustainability and Brownfield Redevelopment Programs.  He has over 25 years of global experience working with hazardous materials on clean-up, manufacturing, and construction projects. Stuart has worked closely with many federal and state agencies through-out his career. He has achieved globally recognized professional credentials as a: Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, Certified Safety Professional, and Certified Industrial Trainer. He looks for opportunities that will help benefit municipal agencies, their communities, and assists KWGS team members with their projects. While working with other KWGS subject matter experts he collaborates on innovative projects that help our clients monetize their impaired and underutilized properties. 

Stuart enjoys his role as an educator and technical instructor. When not on a project he has worked as a substitute STEM teacher in his local public school system. As a member of professional organizations Stuart has volunteered his time to many grant writing committees that focused on ways to better communicate environmental and safety issues to the public.  He brings these mindsets to his duties with a team centric approach.

Public-Private Projects (P3) Director 

For over 30 years, Brice has facilitated over 70 GSA lease projects totaling 1,600,000 SF for broad range of federal tenants including SSA, FBI, Customs and Border Protection, US Attorney, Federal Courts, Immigration Customs Enforcement and DEA/ATF. ​

  Brice has significant experience procuring buildings under GSA Design Excellence protocols requiring LEED design and strict compliance with Federal Public Building construction and operations. He is very focused, organized, and a well seasoned team facilitator. ​ Brice has extensive experience with design-build and multidisciplinary project process, managing expectations of GSA tenant and Federal technical advisers with proven on time, on budget delivery.
